Delicious! We found this place literally by accident but we'll definitely be back again and will be sending our family and friends too . An unexpected but very tasty late Sunday Lunch as they serve till around 5pm, the food was so tasty and hot and plenty of it. The welcome was second to none and they were so friendly. A great find

The Sunday roast dinner was delicious full of flavour. I must say it's the best Sunday roast dinner I have had so far! The vegetable options are good and you can dish as much as you like. The service was good and the girls always have a smile. Value for money and good location.

First time we came was going to have a pint but decided to have a meal as well. The service was wonderful, the pub is lovely and cosy, it has a beautiful view of the sea where you can take your pints outside. The food was amazing, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the staff for a warm welcome and for the wonderful food.

We enjoyed a delicious meal from a menu with something for everyone. The curries and chili were very tasty, but the beef strips with chili dip appetizer was astonishingly good! The atmosphere was great and the service was stellar. What a wonderful evening!

Visited for the first time for Sunday lunch. It was fantastic. I had roast pork with a huge Yorkshire pudding. Good choice of veg cooked just how I like them and loads of thick gravy. Delicious! We were surprised to discover that pudding was included, and chose a hot cross bun baileys bread and butter pudding with custard, so good! Service was friendly and efficient. I'll be recommending The Shipwright to all my friends and intend to return again soon.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable, room had a mini fridge with milk, water, apple juice, orange juice I was also given a mixed melon fruit box. The kitchenette was great to serve yourself in the mornings or to take breakfast to work. The pud and meals in the evening were great and mike gave me a great deal. It's also well located for exploring the area. I will definitely stay here again when I'm passing through.
